The green specks of ink indicate that this was from a flat plate printing and therefore is Scott 552, the unwatermarked 1¢ Franklin issued January 17, 1923. It is the most common of all the “penny Franklin” stamps, more than four billion of these were issued. The very rare (and valuable) version of this stamp have 11 perforations on the top and 11 perforations on the sides; yours has 14 on the side and 12 on the top.
