The presented object appears to be a framed lithograph print after a painting with the measurements 19 1/4 x 27 1/4. This print depicts The Battle of Quasimas and the print was made in the late 19th century. Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market. 
This piece is in bad to medium condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided. A fair market estimation would be between 10 to 40 USD.
