Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
It is a cute honey coloured teddybear. Such vintage soft toys are being offered at auction on a regular basis. This teddy appears to have been much loved and cuddled hence the worn fur and paws.
The teddy bear has fur made of mohair. The teddy has fairly long arms and legs, and elongated paws. I cannot see if there is a hump on the back. These characteristics are typical of the early to mid 20th century teddy bears. I would date your teddy bear to be from the 1930s-1940s and made in the England or Germany, however this is very hard to determine without any labels or marks on the teddy. During the 20th century a lot of companies produced soft toys and in particular teddy bears.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online toys auction, where I believe the teddy bear has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the sweet teddybear. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
