Your piece's upper body was clearly inspired from Bohemiam Glass style of the early 20th century. This piece dates back to the period between 1960-1980. It has hand painted golden details to it's rim and to it's outer decoration. The base is likely a aluminum plated brass with a very low copper percentage. The glass was shaped as a tulip and resembles a flora appeareance. Hangings are made of colourless glass. Golden leaves were applied to the piece by hand painting.
