The presented object appears to be a mid-size painting made in oil or acrylic paint on board with unknown measurements. The painting depicts a street scene that could be located in Paris. It is signed "Stuart" and was made by Stuart Vanguard Studios in Beverly Hills. It was painted in the last third of the 20th century. Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market. Sadly they were mainly hammered down under a lower estimate of 100 USD. This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided. A fair market estimation would be between 60 to 120 USD.
