Dear Milan, Thank you for your contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. The item presented appears to be an oil painting from the 20th century. It measures 12" (h) x 30" (w). The work is signed on the lower right by the artist. It is framed, and the condition is excellent overall. Unfortunately, I had some trouble deciphering the artist's signature. I've tried many variations (Nomal or Nomel Estamis), but without success I am afraid. Therefore, the estimate provided is based on recent auction estimates and similar works without artist attribution.
