Dear Mick, Thank you for your help and patience. The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil or acrylic paint on canvas with 28 x 35 cm measurements. The painting depicts a farmhouse or barn and is signed in the lower right corner. This artwork was made in the second half of the 20th century by the artist Søren Edsberg who was mainly active around the 1970s. Comparable objects were rarely recently offered and hammered down partly under 200 USD on the international auction market. This piece is in good condition and no severe damage is visible in the images. A fair market estimation would be between 200 to 400 USD.
