The $750 that you've seen is a RETAIL price; the values Mearto provides are FAIR-MARKET, for auction purposes, which tend to be 2-3 times LESS than retail pricing (in this case, a corresponding fair-market / auction value for the poster you've seen priced at $750 would be $250-375). Of course, that doesn't take into account the signatures of Kim Thayll, Matt Cameron, Ben Shepherd and Chris Cornell, which adds an additional $1,000-1,200 to this poster. I've rounded up the overall values to comply to standard auction estimates. We can't authenticate signatures from photos, though they look "right" to me.
