Description

Black Santa Clara pottery bowl. It is 6 1/2” at its widest point, 3 1/2” high. the mouth opening is 3” in diameter and the base it sits on is 2 3/4” diameter. Inscribed on the base is Millie, Santa Clara, ‘89 and what may be Nmx although those letters are hard to read even with magnification. This looks like the work of Mildred “Millie” Chavarria.

Provenance

Unknown, I inherited it from my father.
