What does this mean?

This is an early AD bronze medal coin depicting the Emperor Hadrian Augustus on one side and his wife Vibia Sabina on the verso. Sabina and Hadrian were married in 100AD and in 128AD she was bestowed the title of Augusta which helps date this coin to sometime between 128 - 136 when she passed. This valuation does not serve as authentication of the coin medal. The estimate is based on actual past auction sales of comparables.
