I don't have much info on this doll at all, however I do know it was professionally restored with a new body likely around 30-40 years ago. Just with my own research I think it is a French fashion doll but I am not positive. restored by: Linda Greenfield Chili Doll Hospital 4332 Buffalo Road North Chili, N.Y. 14515 it is around 23 inches tall and 7 inches across the chest. there are some small stains on the arms of the dress but no stains on the doll itself. included in the outfit are socks, shoes (one is missing a flower), pants, skirt, dress, bow, bonnet

Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: A vintage French bisque and composition fashion doll early 20th Century head with later (fake?) leather body The bisque porcelain head with painted features, blue (sleeping?) eyes, and blond hair in ringlets, a jointed white leather(ette) body, composition hands, wearing a (later?) white linen and lace dress, pantalettes, socks, shoes, ribbon and bonnet. Labeled to the back of the shoulder with restorer's name (LInda Greenfield) and address. No other markings visible 23 inches tall CONDITION: this doll has been extensively restored by Linda Greenfield circa 1980s-90s and has a new jointed body attached to her original bisque porcelain head and composition hands.
