The image upload shows the object upside down. It is a bit difficult to identify from the image but the embellishments on the tripod supports usually depict exaggerated reptile or aquatic figures. These vessels range in size and your appears to be on the larger size. As I've stated in previous appraisals, dating the item would require in-person examination.
