The condition seems to be good overall.
This work seems to correspond to the year 1921 when Picasso’s work is characterized by a combination of his latest decorative Cubism and interest towards classical antiquity. Stylistically speaking it looks quite close to his 'study for three women at the fountain', MP964 held at the Musée Picasso in Paris, that you can view here:

The estimate in red has been based on comparables offered and sold at auction in the last five years. The subject work’s size, the composition, condition (based on photographs provided), medium, as well as the artists’ current auction market were taken into consideration when determining the estimate.

The painting has been authenticated, and is on exhibit. Estimated 1.3 million, the painting is currently under consideration and therefore will remain on hold for a short time.
The purchase of this painting did in fact occur c. 1957, and was passed down by Berlin Seybert. All indications of this painting is authentic and an original by Picasso, and will be offered for sale

Sorry for the delay, the painting is currently on loan at our local Museum, went today and they had taken a photo of the back and am providing that photo now. It appears to be stamped "KUH" and "PP 395" written in pencil
