Hello Sheila, I’m very glad that you chose Mearto for your online appraisal, Considering the photographs, overall pattern, porcelain quality and the colours, I concluded that this is an Entirely Hand Painted Armand Marseille German Bisque Doll. The piece dates back to the period from 1910 to 1930. The piece can be categorized as an antique. The piece's head is made of bisque porcelain, which is a type of unglazed porcelain while the rest of the body is made of composite material. The piece is signed "100 Germany" as usual to Armand Marseille pieces. The piece appears to be wearing a pink night dress of the early 20th century. Jointed but not jointed on feet which is a sign of slightly lower quality. The piece has large brown glass eyes and the facial features were all hand painted. The piece is in good condition with small signs of use and age. Entirely hand painted. Dimensions: 2 Feet Tall Condition: The piece is in good condition with small signs of use and age. Provenance: Inherited from the current owner's grandmother. 100-120$. Please don’t hesitate to reach us again for more online appraisals on your precious items, thank you for choosing Mearto.
