This item appears to be an offset lithograph after a watercolor painting by Phil Austin (American; 1910 - 2004) titled "Fog on the Beach, Puget Sound Island." Austin was a member of the American Watercolor Society, as noted by the "AWS" notation next to his name. The print was part of an offset lithographic portfolio after landscape watercolors.
