This appears to be a persian solid silver teapot, richly decorated by chasing and repoussé work, depicting wildlife and flowers, e.g. ibex, fox, rabbit or hare, goat, phoenix, etc. The handle is inlaid with horn or wood. The overall quality of the teapot in your possession is above average, possibly dating to the late 19th to early 20th century. Production centers for this type of silver are usually located in the Isfahan area. The 84 silver hallmark was adopted from the russian zolotniki hallmark system. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold at auction. Asking prices in the trade can be higher and vary.
