This piece likely dates back to the period from 1970-1990. The piece is heavily decorated with floral patterns. The piece likely comes from the city of Tabriz which is one of the most reknowned cities for weaving throughout centuries. This piece's decoration is quite very detailed with an over average quality. The piece was not centrally decorated, therefore does not have a central medallion. Instead the piece's central decoration was filled with duplicated floral patterns. The central decoration's base colour was dark blue while for the borders' base colour white was chosen.
