The painting looks like a farm house? with a little girl and boy playing in a pond. ducks are in the pond, dog is playing and man building in the back ground. I thought the painting was a print, however, I was dusting it and can feel the brush strokes. I put the picture in light and can actually see the brush strokes. There is no glass on the picture. I was going to take it to Hobby Lobby to have a glass made for it, but, thought I might should get an estimate of the picture's worth. It was given to my by my dad, he's 78, and he had the picture stored in a spare bedroom. I pulled several pictures out and this one really caught my eyes. The colors are sort of Autumn in appearance. The "s" in the signature is a sideways "s". The P and D are the same color of the house (or the picture in general. It looks more like Holland, Dutch or maybe Germany in origin. The children's faces are different?
