Pair of Two Polished Brass Wall Sconces with Double Candelabra Arms & Glass Shades

This request for appraisal is for a pair (set of two) solid polished brass wall sconces. Each sconce has two decorative candelabra arms holding two opaque fluted glass shades with chain "on-off" pulleys. The brass backplate has a "ribbon-like?" detail at the top above an oval mirror encased by a brass "frame". The two candelabra arms are secured at the bottom with decorative brass finial. I do not know if it is a feather, leaf, plume, or something else that is used to decorate each socket and the finial. The back of the sconces is a solid sheet of brass that is plain and without design. NOTE: I do not have a photo showing both sconces together in the same photo and the sconces are located outside my immediate area, so I am not able to provide one at this time. CONDITION: Both sconces are exactly the same design and in the same or similar condition as shown in the pictures. The polished brass appears to be in good condition with no dings or dents or repairs that I recall. There are no chips, cracks or repairs on the glass shades. The mirrors on both sconces are both in very good condition with no chips, clouding or loss of mercury. Both sconces are secure - there is no "loose" or "wobbly" parts - both are very secure and solid with a good "hefty" weight. MEASUREMENTS: The measurements given are approximate - Each sconce measures about 12" tall including the "ribbon" detail at the top by about 9" wide from arm to arm (without the glass shades). The mirror section appears to be about 10" tall by about 4" wide (including the gold frame). The shades are about 4" diameter. I estimate the sconces to stand about 5" (deep) from the wall - just a guess. FINAL COMMENTS: I do not know anything about these sconces - their age, origin, or even if they are brass but they are heavy and if they are brass appear to be a very good quality as they don't seem to tarnish or turn color. Although they look to be of French style I haven't a clue as if that is correct, so I am anxious to learn more from this appraisal.
