What does this mean?

Hi Jonathan,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The Collectors Guild was something of a scam, encouraging collectors to spend lots of money on "original" and supposedly rare artworks that were mass-produced, sometimes by very famous artists but more often than not, artists whose signatures were unintelligible. I'm sorry to say yours is one of the latter.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

A vintage Collectors Guild lithograph
Amsterdam canal
lithograph
matted and framed, 30 by 25 inches overall
signed and numbered on the mat, indistinctly
CONDITION: appears to be in good condition
PROVENANCE: inherited
$50-75*
