This is a signed work by the 19th/20th century artist Milo Corso Malverna. From the image it appears to be mixed media, and includes wash or watercolor and graphite or charcoal. The view is more likely a scene from Tripoli in Libya and not a street view from a town in Italy. From the image, it does appear to be original. The work is considered a quick sketch and not a completed painting. The estimate is based on actual past auction sales of comparables.
