This is a vintage 20th century framed image featuring a Byzantine Icon style image of Our Mother of Perpetual Help. It appears from the image, that the 'painting' is a print image on canvas with a surface treatment that would cause a craquelaire or alligatored surface. An alligatored surface on an original, actual painting, is generally an indication of having been exposed to temperature extremes which cannot be conserved or restored. In this case, it was done to give an 'antique'd' effect. Our Mother of Perpetual Help is a Roman Catholic related image that is also known Our Lady of Perpetual Succour; the original was from the Keras Kardiotissas Monastery on the Island of Crete and was moved to Rome 1499. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
