Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a Vanguard Studios Lee Reynolds painting of the late 1960s, depticting a sailing vessel of the 17th century. Van Guard Studios produced decorative wall art which was sold in furniture stores just for home decor. Hundreds of art students worked for the company in a production line and signed either Van Guard or Lee Reynolds. The printed name on the label is just a wrong spelling of the name. The estimate is based on current auction results for similars. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
