Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: American School, early 20th Century Winter landscape with deer (Possibly First Snow in Vermont) oil on canvas 21 by 28 inches, in a giltwood frame signed "R.S. Foster Feb 1903 / First Snow in V--) CONDITION: appears to be in fair condition with a few small punctures.
