Dear Eric, Thank you for your help and patience. The presented object appears to be a watercolor on paper with 29.5 x 23.5 inches measurements. The watercolor depicts a street scene with a clown reading the Wall Street Journal. This artwork was made by the artist GEORGE CRIONAS (1925-2004, Michigan, California) and is hand-signed. Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market. This piece is in good condition and no severe damage is visible in the images provided. A fair market estimation would be between 100 to 200 USD. This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
