Omega pocketwatch

Grandfathers estate. Silver Omega pocketwatch, arab numerals, seconds hand, working condition. Has a "Omega Grand Prix Paris 1900" engraved on the inner clap. Inside of the inner clap has circular brushed pattern with a number 5137469, some kind of a mark and a stamp (hard to read, 900?). Mechanism is golden color with 'Omega' engraving and a serial number 4371163 (?).
