Dear Dean, Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil or acrylic paint on canvas with measurements of 33 x 45 inches. The painting depicts a city view reminding of Paris, painted in a somewhat haphazard style. It is signed with the name Vincent, which is assumed to be an alias because such paintings are typical of artworks made as decorative art in Asia in the last third of the 20th century. This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided. A fair market estimation would be between 100 to 200 USD. This estimate is based on recently recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary. With kind regards, Gregory
