The painting depicts an interior still life with flowers how it is typically in Continental Europe around 1920/1930. The painting is illegibly signed on the wall over the dresser. Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market. This piece is in medium condition and there is damage to the canvas visible in the images provided.
