Dear Robert, Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. This undated large oil painting appears to be by the Yugoslavian artist Milan Miletic (b. 1950). This work depicts a rainy scene of Paris near Notre Dame cathedral. It is signed "M. Miletic" on the lower left edge. It is housed in a beautiful gilt frame and appears to be in excellent condition overall. The estimation highlighted in red above is based on comparables offered and sold at auction in the last five years. The subject work's size, composition, condition (based on photographs and comments provided), and the artists' current auction market were considered when determining the estimate.
