7 x 6 inches. A painted scene of two boats with sailswith palm trees and a man in white riding a cow. There is a gold patterned border around the perimeter about 1 inch wide and a gold handle (4 1/2 inches) Green norikate mark on the underside with ‘made in Japan’

Made in Japan, bearing the Noritake "Komaru" mark in use from the 1930s
Of rectangular section with raised sides, centering a single loop handle, the interior decorated with a landscape scene with a river, boats, trees and a figure with cow, within a cobalt border with gilt highlights, marked below.
7 inches wide by 6 inches deep
CONDITION: appears to be in good conditon
PROVENANCE: inherited
