Dear Renel, Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. Based on the images, and available information, this item is: A Vintage late 20th century Noritake porcelain 10 piece dinner service (株式会社ノリタケカンパニーリミテド), made in Sri Lanka. RC Mark, Magenta stamp. RC - "Royal Crockery" (in use until 1950s) symbol, symbolizing the balance in management. Registered in 1907 for domestic use in Japan, it occurs in two colors, pale green and magenta. Bowl dated February 19th, 1927, commemorating the new Showa emperor Hirohito's visit to the Nagoya factory in his second year on the throne. Good condition overall, minor scratches. Unfortunately, the niche for the Noritake piece on the market is not very big, and even though it's still costly to purchase, it has a very low fair-market-auction value. $100-200 for the set. Retail prices may vary.
