The appraised work appears to be a reproduction print of a painting by British-American artist Robert William Wood (1889-1979). The print depicts a landscape scene with flowering trees and floral meadow in the foreground, with a mountain range and body of water in the background. Wood was known for his realistic landscapes depicting the natural , untouched beauty of the United States. He was born in Kent and studied at the South Kensington School of Art.
