The appraised work appears to be a reproduction print of a painting by British-American artist Robert William Wood (1889-1979). The print depicts a landscape scene with flowering trees and floral meadow in the foreground, with a mountain range and body of water in the background. Wood was known for his realistic landscapes depicting the natural , untouched beauty of the United States. He was born in Kent and studied at the South Kensington School of Art. After serving in the Royal Army, he made his way to the US and settled permanently. The estimate provided is based on comparables recently offered and sold at auction.
