I think that’s what it is. My grandfather used to visit with the Indians in or around Souix City. (He was from Iowa) and would bring Home trinkets. This is one of them

The pouch is beaded with glass trade beads and shows a floral motive, possibly made on the northern plains in the 20th century. Similar items sell at auction in the price range listed.
