Murano Glass Vase
29 November 2022
Description

Multi colored Murano glass footed vase. Signature on base. No visible imperfections, although there is a slight roughness along an upper edge where the gold is applied.

Dimensions

Approx 10 1/2 inches at tallest point by 4 inches wide

Provenance

I bought this vase at a yardsale. I wasn’t sure if it was Murano glass, but the colors and pattern definitely reminded me of the pieces I’ve seen. After getting home and looking at it more thoroughly I found a signature on the base, although I can’t quite make it out. I would like to know if this is an authentic Murano glass piece, and if so, it’s value.

Hello. I’ve added a bunch more with different angles and different lighting. I hope this helps!

It looks like F. Rossi Murano - is that correct?

Charlyne alford Dec 05, 11:32 UTC

From my research I believe it may be an I Rossi Murano (for Imperio Rossi), but am not sure.
