Hi Jana, Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. The Apollo Belvidere is one of the most famous - and most copied - of Classical busts; the original bronze statue was created between 330 and 320 BCE by the Greek sculptor Leochares. It was a particularly popular souvenir to wealthy citizens touring in Europe during the second half of the 19th Century, during the "Grand Tour" period, which also continued into the 20th Century. Unless this has been rigorously cleaned recently, it lacks any patina to suggest this has age of more than 50-75 years. I have found several examples of similar age and size that have sold anywhere from $300-800 dollars; my valuation is based on those recent auction sales. Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: A vintage marble copy of bust of the Apollo Belvedere mid 20th Century apparently unmarked 28 inches tall; 26 inches wide. Weight: approximately 300 pounds. CONDITION: this bust is in very clean condition suggesting a modern date of manufacture. PROVENANCE: unknown $400-600* *represents a fair-market value for auction purposes; retail or asking price may vary. Please let us know if you have additional items to appraise, or questions/concerns, and thank you again for using Mearto. ~ Delia
