It will most certainly attract the attention of both dealers, jewellery makers and private buyers if it came up for auction. A diamond of this size, clarity and cut may surprise at auction at they are rarely seen in this condition.

The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised jewellery auction, where I believe the 3,01 diamond has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. The price is based on what similar diamonds have been sold for recently.
However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the diamond.
Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
