Large painting attributed to George Hinke

Black Velvet, original frame and backing. Attributed to George Hinke. Unsigned. Provenance: Purchased by my grandfather for his wife as an anniversary gift on/about 1935 from Penn Traffic Department Store in Johnstown, PA (under consignment by George Hinke). Has been in the family since then with an interesting history and several photographs of it hanging in their home from the 1940's. Vibrant colors and in good condition.
