Based on the images provided, the presented object appears to be an oil on canvas painting, which measures 68 x 82 cm. and depicts a rural lake with large boulders in the foreground and hills in the background. The piece is not signed, though it is dated 1930 and features a dedication in Slovak, so it would therefore most likely be sold with the attribution of "20th Century European School." Though a lovely piece, there does unfortunately appear to be some damage to the canvas, which would have a negative impact on its value. I would estimate the current fair market value of the piece between $100 and $150, though retail and asking prices may vary.
