Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: An antique French Rococo style parcel gilt and gilt metal mounted marble and porcelain table lamp circa 1920s The body of the lamp in the form of a boat supported on an allegorical figure with a seashell, on a stepped and shaped marble base with metal mounts, surmounted by a fringed fabric (silk?) shade. 38 inches overall height CONDITION: appears to be in good condition PROVENANCE: purchased at Mont Clare Lamps in Chicago $200-400* *represents a fair-market value for auction purposes; retail or asking price may vary.
