The item presented appears to be a bronze tone specter sculpture by French sculptor Jules Déchin (1869-1947), measuring 30 centimeters in height. The title of the object is "Our Lady of the Clergy" or "Notre Dame du Clerge" and it dates to the early 20th century. Déchin studied at the École des Beaux Arts in Paris and produced many memorial sculptures throughout the world. Déchin mainly worked as a memorial sculptor, thus, does not hold many auction or secondary market records. However, there were a couple works found, including another example of this object here.
