Hello! I’m very glad that you chose Mearto for your online appraisal. Considering the photos, this collection of items are: A group of traditionally mounted Japanese samurai short swords. The blade are signed and engraved. The blade are in old full polish, with no rust, no stain. Lacquered wood scabbard, no crack, no dent, in good condition (except for one piece). Iron tsuba with a nice patina. It probably belongs to a wakizashi and handachi katana from late 19th century - 20th century. As the provenance is unknown and there are no proof or documents regarding the cultural property of samurai katana, the authenticity cannot be proven. Despite this, this group of swords have a retail value in the market of 600 - 1200 $.
