This is a bangle bracelet with silver decorative overlay. The material could be jade or another stone. It is notoriously difficult to accurately appraise jade since the material could be jadeite, nephrite, glass or others, and it could also be dyed or natural. The problem is that the value is dramatically different and the stones often look very similar.
Below are some resources to test the stone at home. The only way to know for sure is to see a gemologist who is knowledgeable about jade in particular.
The likelihood is that this is not jadeite (the most valuable jade), just because it so rare.
