The presented object appears to be an icon painting on wood with 10 1/2 x 8 inches measurements. This is a copy of the second half of the 20th century after the famous icon of the Black Madonna of Częstochowa (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Madonna_of_Cz%C4%99stochowa). The oklad is made out of white metal. Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market. This piece is in good condition and no severe damage is visible in the images provided. A fair market estimation would be between 60 to 120 USD. This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary. With kind regards, George
