The piece dates back to the period from 1972 to 1979. The pieces in this style was produced and distributed to the authorized dealers since the 1960's till late 1990's, afterwards there were different types of design. The usual boy fiure on the right side of the plaque is depicted carrying an umbrella and a bag. This figure is hand painted entirely and is representation of style and quality of the Hummel Goebel Porcelain. The mark underneath the piece dates back to the indicated period and was used only for 7 years. The piece also has cold stamps serial numbers of "1947", "187" and "61". The plaque is designed as an elipse and the area inside the plaque was used to illustrate the company name and the sign of authorized seller.
