The hat is a traditional design with a brim of see through tulle, silk cap wrapped in Chantilly lace from France. Silver cording trims the cap and is reminiscent of a tiara. The see through brim was designed by Owen to capture he upward glance and frame her face in multiple ways that complimented her unique sense of style.
