Watercolor signed by Hague artist Herman Bogman. The item comes in original frame w/ no glass covering the watercolor as you traditionally do not put glass over a watercolor. There are age stains on the frame and some very slight water spots on the canvas but otherwise good condition for age. The size of the framed painting is 14 inches wide by 18 inches tall and this includes measuring to the outside of the frame. The frame itself is about 1 inch in width.

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an older offset print after a watercolour by Herman BOGMAN (1890-1975). The titel "Grachtje Amersfoort" was cut off and glued on to the backside. The small dots of the offset printing technique are clearly visible. The print has suffered, there are stains and the colours have faded. Unfortunately this print has no value on the art market. A watercolour would have had a value of 100-500 USD if in good condition. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
