The print is called The Usurers. It is handsigned in red pencil. The condition is good. It's an item from the 1960s. Two experts (one in the US and the a top-expert in the UK) saw the item and signature and said the signature is in accordance to Dali signature. Additional details on provenance: The previous owner was a retired German person who lives in Brazil and said it acquired the item in France in the 1970s in a shop.
