Based on the images and information provided, this item is: An early 20th century Japanese style bowl, from Occupied Japan. “Occupied Japan” refers to the years 1945 through 1951 when western forces occupied Japan. Imperial Japan surrendered to the Allied Forces of Great Britain, China, the Soviet Union and the United States in 1945 . It is extensively decorated with hand-painted details of a men. These Japanese ceramic vases became popular from 1900s having them produced massively for western markets and collectors. Good condition, signed on the bottom.
