Grandfather clock- Tempus Fugit Adina

I inherited this clock and have looked through for labels or stamps. The last owner purchased in the 70’s and loved it ever since. Great condition and does have the weights & pendulum in tact. The only fault is the bottom wooden base broke when a weight was dropped - photos attached. I’m not an enthusiast and don’t have much of an idea

Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: A vintage Australian brass dial mahogany tall-case (grandfather) clock made by Adina in Brisbane, Australia, 20th Century 8-day movement. The arched bonnet with applied stylized shell crest over a tomb-stone glass door opening to reveal a brass "Tempus Fugit" dial with Roman numeral chapter rings over a waisted case with glass door opening to weights and pendulum, all raised on a molded panel box base raised on short turned legs. approximately 7 feet tall (84 inches / 213 cm) CONDITION: breaks to bottom board; otherwise this clock appears to be in good condition.
