Dimensions

2” base, flaring to 3 3/8”, Down to 3/4” at neck. Neck is 2 1/4” tall flaring to 1 1/4” to a 1/4” spout.The stopper is all frosted 2 1/4” long, fitting inside the top. The ball is 1” sitting in top as the stopper .The handle is delicate. Starting in the bottom and attaching at the very top of the flared lip. It is frosted clear.

Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: A vintage Murano glass millefiori decanter/pitcher manner of Fratelli Toso, made in Italy, mid 20th Century Of circular section and baluster form with single frosted loop handle and tall elongated neck, clear frosted stopper (possibly a later replacement), the body in a vibrant millefiori pattern allover.
